Central America in search of foreign investment

Guatemala’s President Jimmy Morales and Costa Rica’s President Luis Guillermo Solís are the stars in a promotional video released on 23 February that is aimed at attracting tourism and investment to the Central American sub-region. “In the name of all of Central America, we want to invite the world to come and get to know us, and in turn, invest in this region”, the recently-elected Morales states in the video, which was filmed during Solís’ 18 February visit to Guatemala and can be watched on the official Facebook and YouTube pages of the Guatemalan government.
