Military Academy in San Salvador

The Consul was invited by Vice-Minister H.E. Carlos Castaneda to attend the transfer of power ceremony at the Military Academy in San Salvador on February 7th, 2014. Minister of Defense H.E. David Manguía Payés handed to the Commander of the ninth Salvadoran Contingent the national pavilion due to depart to Lebanon within the framework of the UNIFIL peace keeping force.
