Lebanese Diaspora Energy Conference

Organized by the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a two-day conference was held at Hilton Beirut Grand Habtoor Hotel on May 30th and 31st, 2014.

The aim of the event was to establish a network of successful people of Lebanese origin around the world with a view to sharing their success stories and promoting Lebanon in their host countries.

Around two hundred (200) businessmen of Lebanese descent from around the world attended, in addition to the Cypriot Minister of Energy and the Argentinian Health Minister (of Lebanese origin) and a number of Lebanese Ministers, Deputies, diplomats, high-ranking officials and media representatives.

The Consul represented El Salvador at the event.
