El Salvador: $15 million Mall Announced

Plans are being made to build a shopping center in San Miguel measuring 38 thousand square meters with 600 parking spaces, and commercial spaces for restaurants and cinemas.
The company in charge of the project is Proyectos Inmobiliarios Garden Mall, which has announced that it is still at the stage of obtaining permits, and that the start of construction is scheduled for the last quarter of 2017. 

Elsalvador.com reports that "...The shopping precinct, which is designed with an ecological concept with green areas, wide aisles, seating areas, and natural lighting, will measure a total of 38,000 square meters, of which 10,300 square meters will be useful areas. Among the highlights are the anchor cinema Cinépolis and a restaurant area called Terrazas.

"... In total there will be 70 shops with sizes ranging from 61 to 92 square meters.  In addition there will be five restaurants, three bars, a food court with more than 10 premises, a business area and a parking lot for 600 vehicles."
