Visit to El Salvador

H.E. Jaime Miranda, Carlos Castaneda and Juan Jose Garcia. The Consul briefed on a one to one basis the Minister and the Vice-Ministers on the political situation in the Middle East in general and Lebanon in particular. The Consul also handed Messrs Miranda, Castaneda and Garcia a memorandum highlighting the importance of increasing the scope of consular prerogatives.
